A lot of printing machines that are old, have an unreasonable cost for repairing and maintenance, especially for analogue DC Drives and Motors and electromechanically relays.

For the first time in Iran, this company (NASE) has replaced DC Drives and motors with Digital AC Drives and motors, and has replaced electromechanically relays with intelligent relays and PLC.

A new fault and diagnostic detection system is added to help the operator to know status of the machine, so the operator can find the trouble of the machine without loosing any time. It means more redundancy, lower cost in spare part and maintenance and more easier and faster working with the machine.

Using Digital Inverters (AC Drives) instead of analogue DC Drives.

Using PLC and intelligent relays instead of electromechanical relays.

Using Fault and diagnostic detection system.
